The high-end DELTA-12G-e-h 8c is a powerful SDI video card featuring eight independent 12G-SDI channels, each configurable as an input or an output, all supporting up to 4K workflows. (See the tech specs page for format- and system-dependent limitations.)

The card can be purchased on its own to upgrade an existing system or kept as a spare to ensure continuity in case of hardware issues. It is fully compatible with Softron ingest and playout applications.

We recommend downloading the latest drivers from the downloads section of our website. Each Softron application that supports the card provides a direct link to the appropriate driver.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

• 2-year warranty on the Deltacast or Macnica card.
• No advanced exchange service: in case of a failure, the card must first be shipped to Softron for inspection and repair. Once repaired by the manufacturer and returned to us, it will then be shipped back to you. While repair times may vary, we will always do our best to minimize downtime.

• 5-year warranty on the Deltacast or Macnica card.
• Advanced Exchange service: a replacement card can be shipped as soon as the faulty card is on its way, helping you keep your workflow running.

• This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage is valid for the applicable warranty term starting from the date of purchase. It does not cover:
  • damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, mishandling, or improper installation;
  • unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering;
  • damage resulting from use outside of the recommended environmental or electrical specifications;
  • cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;
  • loss, theft, or physical destruction of the product.
• If upon reception of the device, Softron sees that it was broken because any of the above, repair costs will be charged to the user.
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase indicating the purchase date and product serial number.
• Outbound shipping from Softron to the dealer or customer is covered. Inbound shipping from the customer to Softron is not included.
• The customer is responsible for the inbound shipping cost and must use an insured shipping service (such as FedEx or UPS), and not registered mail.
• We will ship only to the same country as the one used for the original order.
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product when shipping it to Softron for warranty service. Products damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be covered under warranty.
• Softron’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product under the terms of this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Softron be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
